Lombardi, Esq., as Senior Vice President of the company. In announcing the appointment, DeFrances noted Attorney Lombardi’s extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate development, conveyancing, and securities regulation. "Anthony’s background and skills will prove invaluable in providing like-kind exchange and escrow services to the real estate practitioner."
Immediately prior to joining CATIC Exchange Solutions, Inc., Attorney Lombardi was in private practice in Massachusetts, focusing on commercial and residential real estate development, lender representation, real estate conveyancing, and zoning and land use litigation. He also previously served as a legal consultant in the insurance industry, providing services relative to litigation management and regulatory compliance. Attorney Lombardi received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut, with a B.A. in English and Economics, and his law degree from the New England School of Law, with a concentration in tax law.
