CATIC^® is pleased to announce that Richard Lawrence, Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, has been named a CFO of the Year by the Hartford Business Journal. The Journal’s awards recognize outstanding financial professionals in the Greater Hartford region, with Lawrence named the top CFO in the category of a medium-size private company.

A Certified Public Accountant, Lawrence holds an MS in Professional Accounting from the University of Hartford and a BS in Business Administration from Fairfield University. He joined CATIC in 2001, having previously spent more than twenty years as a financial officer at various Connecticut insurance enterprises.
