CATIC, New England’s largest domestic title insurance underwriter, announces the appointment of Joanne DeVaux Beaulieu to the position of Member Services Representative, covering eastern Hartford County and parts of Tolland County. Ms. Beaulieu brings to her new position more than twenty years of experience as a real estate paralegal at a number of law firms in the state of Connecticut. She has had extensive experience with all facets of residential and commercial real estate closings, including the preparation and review of closing documents, interaction with clients, lenders and real estate brokers, and the management of the closing process. Ms. Beaulieu attended Manchester Community College where she studied business and writing.

In announcing Ms. Beaulieu’s appointment, Anne Csuka, CATIC’s Vice President – Operations, stated, “We are thrilled that Joanne has joined our team. Her knowledge of the closing process and her ability to interact with all of the parties involved in real estate transactions will certainly benefit the law firms she will service.”
