Real Estate Paralegal/Agent Services Representative – Hartford and Middlesex Counties, CT
This is a field service position wherein you will meet with attorneys and their staffs in a professional capacity to create and maintain serviced based relationships. This demanding position requires that you be a self-starter who can work independently to accomplish company goals. You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. 80% of your time will be spent traveling throughout Hartford and Middlesex Counties. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 10 years of substantive real estate closing experience or title insurance underwriter experience in Connecticut and be committed to providing extraordinary service.
RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Part-Time Clerical Support – Norwalk, CT
In this position, you will assist with correspondence, scanning, filing, data entry, sorting and distributing mail, and sundry other tasks.
The hours of this position are 10 AM through 2 PM, Monday through Friday. This is a perfect opportunity for those who seek to balance work with family responsibilities.
The individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong data entry and filing skills, excellent attention to detail, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, enjoy working as part of a team and be committed to providing extraordinary service.
Real Estate Paralegal/Agent Services Coordinator – Providence, RI
In this position, you will handle all incoming calls and provide telephone support to our real estate attorney agents and their staffs in the areas of policy, closing matters, and back-title research. You will prepare insured closing letters, rate quotes, and title order logs, as well as, provide general administrative support to the office.
Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years experience as a real estate paralegal in Rhode Island. The ideal candidate will have top-notch organization skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, ability to multi-task, great attention to detail, enjoy working as part of a team, and be committed to providing extraordinary service.
